Remote messaging support is the major new feature in Formatta Server 7.0.

Formatta Server is the backbone for the remote messaging capability and allows electronic forms to access live data from a remote database. The possibilities with remote messaging are numerous:

• Remote signing of forms
• Directly submitting a form
• Accessing data from a database for pre-filling a form
• Updating drop down lists with current database information
• Accessing information servers, such as live weather reports
