Formatta Expands Solutions for Automated E-forms
Processing and Enterprise Integration
New Formatta E-Forms Manager Options Deliver
Unprecedented Automation and Scalability
Fairfax, VA - October 24, 2006 -
Featuring segment leading secure XML
e-forms technology, Formatta Corporation today announced the
immediate availability of Data Export Scheduler and Index Image
Export Scheduler for automating the integration of Formatta E-Forms
Manager with enterprise applications and data sources.
“Nearly every
organization struggles while trying to efficiently capture and process
information from their customers, employees, partners and members,
especially when it is captured via several different paper forms over
thousands of transactions,” stated Robert Manfredi, SVP Sales, Formatta
Corporation. “The introduction of Data Export Scheduler and Index Image
Export Scheduler enables these organizations to utilize e-forms
technology to efficiently and accurately capture and integrate this
information with popular applications, Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
systems and leading database solutions in a fully automated manner,”
continued Manfredi.
About Data Export
Scheduler
Integrating captured e-forms data with enterprise applications and data
sources is a key requirement in many organizations. Data Export
Scheduler enables administrators to set up an automated schedule to
export data from submitted e-forms to a target file and directory which
can then be imported into other applications.
Supported export file formats include XML, Excel,
CSV and Pipe Delimited.
About Index Image
Export Scheduler
E-forms are a natural extension of the archival and workflow
capabilities found in today’s imaging and ECM systems. Index Image
Export Scheduler enables administrators to set up an automated schedule
to export image and index information from submitted e-forms to a target
directory for import into an imaging or ECM system.
Key features include the ability to customize the
output file format, and the option to include Formatta form files and
form images in TIFF or JPEG format.
